Helen Foster is an accomplished IT Lead Business Analyst with extensive experience in transformation and global insurance projects. Currently at First Direct since October 2015, Helen serves as the IT Lead Business Analyst for the Transformation Programme. In addition, Helen has been with HSBC since December 2011, leading a global team on insurance projects. Prior to these roles, Helen worked as a Business Analyst in both software delivery and wealth and insurance sectors at First Direct from May 1992 to November 2011. Helen holds a BA Hons degree in Business & Finance from Bradford College, completed between 1998 and 2001.
