The qualified candidate shall perform the following tasks:

* Establish training needs, develop goals and objectives, and create training programs.
* Apply the instructional system development (ISD) process to ensure effective training delivery.
* Provide support for Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.
