Chun Fong joined First Eagle on April 6, 2005 as AVP, Assistant Controller. He is currently an SVP, Chief Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in the Corporate Finance Department. He is also the Chief Financial Officer of First Eagle’s Broker Dealer subsidiary, responsible for oversight of corporate financial reporting and compliance, financial regulatory compliance, tax compliance, cash management as well as establishing and on-going assessment of corporate finance and accounting policies, controls and risks. Previously, at NCH Capital Inc., where he worked as a Senior Accountant in the company’s private fund group. Prior to that, he worked as an accountant for United Capital Corporation as a member of the family office wealth management accounting team. Chun received his bachelor’s in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College, Queens, NY. He is also a Series 27 SEC registered representative, a Broker Dealer Financial and Operations Principal.
