Previously, as a senior manager in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young’s financial services office, she was responsible for overseeing the audits of mutual funds, hedge funds, management companies and broker-dealers. Sylvia received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baruch College and holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Sylvia is also a Series 27 SEC registered representative, a Broker Dealer Financial and Operations Principal.
