Cari Howard has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Cari is currently employed as the Digital Banking Manager - Mobile Banking at First Entertainment Credit Union since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at First Tech Federal Credit Union from 2015 to 2023, holding various roles including deposit products and member insights manager, program manager, business analyst, and mortgage servicing associate. From 2013 to 2015, Cari worked as the Member Services Supervisor at Credit Union of Colorado, where they trained and developed the branch staff and ensured adherence to policies and procedures. Before that, they served as the Branch Manager II at Park Community Credit Union from 2011 to 2013. Cari's career began at Forcht Bank in 2006, where they started as a Loan Officer and later transitioned to the role of Customer Service Manager, which they held until 2011.
Cari Howard's education history includes attending Lindsey Wilson College, where they studied English Journalism. Cari also attended Somerset Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Analysis from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
Cari Howard has also obtained various certifications. Cari became a Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci in May 2021. In December 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from MetaOps Inc | MetaExperts. In the same year, they also attained a Business Analyst Certification from Portland State University. In May 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance.
