Jason T. Roff is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Since March 2000, Jason has served as CEO of First Factory, overseeing a team of over 225 nearshore software engineers in Costa Rica and managing remote client operations in the NYC area. Prior roles include Project Manager and Lead Developer at Sugar Foods Corporation, where Jason led offshore developers in Russia, and Manager of Global Support Services Systems Development at Symbol Technologies International Inc., responsible for infrastructure re-architecture and team organization. Earlier career achievements include serving as Manager of Application Development at Isogon and as a Software Engineer at Blockbuster. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with Applied Mathematics from the University at Albany.
