Marcela Pozo has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and IT support. Marcela started their career at Teleperformance as an IT Support Technician, providing technical support for AT&T in the North America region. Marcela then transitioned to Software Smart Solution S.A. as a Web Developer & IT Technician, where they troubleshooted Windows OS and software issues, performed graphic design tasks, and created and maintained websites using various frameworks. Marcela then joined BCD Travel as a Web Developer, where they provided outsourcing web development services and developed internal registration websites using the company's content management software. Marcela also performed graphic design tasks and developed responsive design websites. Most recently, Marcela has been working at First Factory as a Software Developer and then as a Software Engineer.
Marcela Pozo attended Universidad Fidélitas from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería de sistemas (System Engineering). In addition to their degree, Marcela obtained several certifications, including "ASP.NET Core 6 Web API Fundamentals" from Pluralsight in August 2022, "Micro Frontends Architecture" from Pluralsight in August 2022, and "Design Patterns: Data Access Pattern" from Pluralsight in July 2022. Marcela also obtained certifications in various other subjects such as JavaScript, software architecture, C# development, and REST APIs from different platforms like LinkedIn and Udemy between 2020 and 2021.
