Matheus Gueratto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and business development within the pest management and forestry sectors. As the Founder and President of Intoos since May 2024, Matheus manages corporate strategies for clients. Matheus also contributes to the innovation ecosystem as a member of the Navigator's community at First Flight Venture Center since July 2023. Previously, Matheus held the position of Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Termite Control and Rodenticides at BASF, where responsibilities included strategy development and global project management. Other notable roles include leadership positions at Envu and Bayer, focusing on global market strategy and innovation in pest management and forestry. Educational qualifications encompass a degree in Forestry from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" and two specialist degrees in Strategic Marketing and Production Systems from FGV and Uninter, respectively.

First Flight (FFVC) is a science and technology incubator located in the heart of Research Triangle Park. Established in 1991 to serve the initial needs of entrepreneurs and early stage companies. FFVC strives to produce companies that graduate from the facility as financially viable and freestanding businesses.
