Edgard Nasr is an experienced professional in service delivery management, currently serving as Head Of Service Delivery at First Focus IT since April 2021. Previously, Edgard held various managerial roles at Ethan Group from December 2016 to April 2021, overseeing service delivery teams across the APAC region and New South Wales. Prior to this, Edgard worked at Shabakkat as Service Delivery Team Manager and Senior Team Lead from April 2009 to June 2016, and at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks as Team Manager and Engineer focusing on verification and integration testing from September 2005 to April 2009. Edgard holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in Communication and Signal Processing, from the University of Maryland, completed between 2003 and 2005.
