Prior to this role, Brandy held various positions, including Human Resources Incentive Specialist, managing incentive payouts and recognition programs, and Retail Analyst/Incentive Manager at First Tennessee Bank, overseeing sales communications and audits related to sales incentives. Brandy began career work in various departments within banking and holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from State Tech.
