Roland B. Shelton is Chief Strategic Business Partnership Officer at Old National. He has also served as Executive Business Development Officer. Prior to joining Old National in 2017, Roland was Senior Vice President of Constituent Relations at Indiana State University. He also worked at Park University as the Associate Vice President for Advancement and was also a Superintendent/Business Manager at General Motors. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business/corporate communications from Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree in public administration from Park University. Roland serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the Ivy Tech Foundation and the Vice Chairman for the Mid-States Minority Development Council. He also serves on the Kentucky Wesleyan University Board of Trustees and the State of Indiana Workforce Development Board.
