Raymond Polman

Raymond Polman has extensive work experience in the mining industry. Raymond served as a Director at First Mining Gold Corp. from 2015 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at First Majestic Silver Corp. from 2007 to 2022. During their tenure at First Majestic, they played a key role in the company's growth, including expanding their production capacity and transitioning their public listing. Raymond is currently semi-retired as of 2022.

Raymond Polman attended the University of Victoria from 1982 to 1985 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Economics and Commerce.
