Nick Wilmes, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis, commercial lending, and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Analyst and Commercial Lender at First National Bank since December 2021, Nick previously held roles as a CPA at Soukup, Bush & Associates, and as a Senior Accountant at Heska Corporation. Previous experience includes positions as Assistant Controller at United Leasing & Finance and Senior Audit Associate at BKD CPAs & Advisors, showcasing a strong background in financial statement preparation, auditing, technical accounting research, and leasing activities. Nick holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, both from the Gordon Ford College of Business at Western Kentucky University.
