Charles Littrell

Charles Littrell serves as the Director of Customer Operations at First National Bank of Omaha since December 2021. Previously, Charles was the VP of Client Relations and Compliance at BERMAN & RABIN, P.A. from May to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the firm's compliance program for its collection agency. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of EVP, Director of Bank Support Services at UMB Bank for over a decade, leading the creation of the bank's first Enterprise Fraud Operations Division. Charles’s career also includes experience as a Regional Senior Business Analyst at Citi, a Corporate Liaison at the University of Phoenix, and a Regional Manager at Gateway. Charles holds a Master of Education in Health & Exercise Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with an Associate’s Degree in Arts & Sciences from Southwestern Community College.
