Keltie Dow, MBA, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at the First Nations Health Authority since March 2021, focusing on transforming healthcare delivery for First Nations and Indigenous people in British Columbia. Previously, Keltie held roles including Manager of People and Culture at Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for a mentoring charity, and Human Resources Business Partner at ALS, notable for developing a global succession planning program. Additional experience includes consulting for various organizations in Vancouver and a senior HR role at Newmont Mining Corporation, a leading gold mining company.
