Trevor Jang

Trevor Jang is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Communications Officer at the First Nations Health Authority since November 2023. Previously, Trevor held positions as a Copywriter/Marketing Consultant at Animikii Inc. and a Digital Marketing Strategist at Shop First Nations. Notably, as an Audience Strategist at IndigiNews, Trevor contributed to generating over $100,000 in annual reader revenue through effective digital marketing campaigns and significantly grew the newsletter subscriber base. Trevor has also worked as a Communications Specialist at the First Nations Technology Council, crafting communications strategies and facilitating community engagement with Indigenous peoples. Additional experiences include reporting for Discourse Media, where Trevor focused on critical social issues, and holding various roles in radio broadcasting, including a fellowship with CBC Indigenous.
