Cliff Patten Jr. holds multiple certifications including FSRT, WRT, and Level 3 XA, and possesses over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with expertise in both residential and commercial projects. Currently serving as a Construction Estimator for national large loss at Blackmon Mooring & BMS CAT and CATCON Group since September 2022, Cliff also holds the position of Regional Project Director at First Onsite Property Restoration. Previous roles include Claims Manager, Estimator, Project Manager, and Master Carpenter at Zolman Restoration, as well as President of Patten Construction Services, where specialized in framing and custom woodworking. Early career experience includes estimator and senior project manager responsibilities at ISC Services, where project management on significant residential and commercial losses was a key focus. Cliff's educational background includes a High School Diploma from Carlson High School, along with coursework in Technical Mathematics and Chemistry from Henry Ford College.
