Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Stars Capital, where Douglas expanded markets for modular homes, and at United International Mortgage, where Douglas developed marketing strategies and oversaw personnel training. Douglas's career also encompasses significant positions in various organizations, including NCS Mortgage Services, Fleet Finance, Inc., and Innovative Funding, showcasing a proven track record in sales team development, operational management, and strategic implementation across multiple companies and industries.
