Kevin Strika, MBA

Kevin Strika, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Kevin currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at First Option Mortgage, where they oversee mortgage loan operations and focuses on improving efficiency through process improvement and technology. Kevin also manages the loan origination system and leverages its capabilities to support colleagues and clients. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions as an Operations Manager and Closing Manager at the same company, where they managed departments and implemented technology and process solutions. Kevin started their career at First Option Mortgage as a Business Analyst, analyzing data to identify opportunities for efficiency and production improvement. Before joining the mortgage industry, Kevin worked as an Economic Development Intern at Invest Atlanta and as a Professional Teller at Bank of America. Kevin also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Attention and Working Memory Lab at Georgia Tech and as a Student Tutor at the Georgia Tech Athletic Association. Overall, Kevin has a strong background in mortgage operations, data analysis, and leadership.

Kevin Strika, MBA, has a strong education background with multiple degrees. Kevin earned their Bachelor's of Science in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the same institution. Strika later decided to further enhance their knowledge by pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. Kevin successfully completed their MBA in 2018, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In addition to their degrees, Strika obtained their MBA certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology - Scheller College of Business in August 2016.
