Leonard F Navarrete has extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Leonard F began their career as an Account Executive at Franklin Mortgage Funding in 2002, where they developed and maintained relationships with 65 accounts and trained brokers and referral sources on product types and investor requirements.
In 2004, Leonard joined Argent Mortgage Company as an Account Executive. In this role, they continued to build relationships with 90+ accounts and trained brokers and referral sources. Leonard F also negotiated the terms and conditions of loans and provided training and support to new loan officers and marketing assistants.
In 2010, Leonard transitioned to HomeSmart as a Real Estate Agent. Leonard F'sresponsibilities included assisting clients with property sales and development, conducting open house inspections, and preparing legal documents for listings and sales contracts. Leonard F also built relationships between renters/owners and prospective buyers for property inspections.
Most recently, Leonard has been working at First Option Mortgage as a Business Development Director for the Purchase Division. In this role, they focus on relationship and MSA driven business development. Leonard F has significantly increased brand recognition and credibility in the Realtor market sector and helps generate a constant and predictable revenue stream for the company.
Leonard F Navarrete attended Phoenix College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
