Arlo Siler

Arlo Siler is a seasoned network security professional with extensive experience in managing and maintaining network infrastructures. Currently serving as a Senior Network Security Engineer at First Orion since February 2023, Arlo has previously held senior engineering roles at Smiley Technologies, Inc., and Texas Hydraulics, Inc. Expertise includes managing over 300 networking devices for a large campus environment supporting faculty, staff, and students. Arlo has a solid background in hardware engineering, having maintained and upgraded thousands of devices at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where significant processes for maintaining data integrity were established. Arlo holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking and System Administration from Texas State Technical College and has additional education from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
