Barbi Wood

Barbi Wood is an experienced professional in the fields of finance and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations Manager and specialist at First Orion since September 2015. Responsibilities include managing the employee life-cycle process for new hires and overseeing various employment-related changes. Barbi has also provided assistance to the Finance Director at First Orion, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and HR tasks. Prior experience includes roles as Office Manager at Conway Psychiatric Center and Accounts Payable Specialist at Equipment Services and Hendrix College, as well as operating a martial arts academy. Barbi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from LSU Shreveport and is pursuing a Master's degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Additionally, Barbi is a certified Birkman Consultant.
