Scott Small has extensive work experience in IT process engineering and management. Scott currently holds the position of Lead Process Engineer at First Orion, where they are responsible for designing and implementing various IT processes and driving process improvement using ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles. Prior to this, Scott worked at Acxiom for over two decades, holding various roles such as IT Process Engineering Manager, Process Leader, Sr. Process Engineer, Development Team Leader, and Capacity Systems Architect. Throughout their career, Scott has consistently focused on process improvement and technology-business alignment.
Scott Small earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Central Arkansas, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they hold certifications in LEAN Six Sigma White Belt from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC. Scott also obtained the ITIL Foundations v3 certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner.
