Forrest Kobayashi has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Forrest started their career at Fannie Mae in 1981 as the Vice President of Liability Management, where they remained until 1997. Forrest then moved on to E*Trade Bank, serving as the Senior Vice President - Treasurer until 2000. Following that, they joined E-Focust, Inc as the Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer for a year. Forrest then became a Principal at The Oysterhouse Group from 2001 to 2003, and later at The Secura Group from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, they became the CEO and President of American Home Bank, a position they held until 2011, while also serving as the Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer & Chief Investment Officer from 2007 to 2009. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Principal at CAMELSolutions, LLC, and in 2012, they joined First Place Bank as the Corporate Vice President - Director of Special Projects.
Forrest Kobayashi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brown University. Forrest also completed a Master's degree in Finance at American University's Kogod School of Business.
