Adrianne Spiker

Adrianne Spiker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and customer relations management. Since February 2019, Adrianne has been serving as the Business Intelligence Manager and Customer Relations System Manager at First State Community Bank. Prior to this role, Adrianne worked at Alorica as a Proposal Specialist from May 2017 to January 2019, and at SYKES Enterprises, Inc. from November 2009 to October 2016, holding positions including Manager of Global Client Solutions and Account Manager. Adrianne's responsibilities encompassed proposal development, client presentations, solution design, and the management of inbound contact center operations, overseeing significant FTE counts in multiple roles. Adrianne's earlier experience includes a Program Manager position at ACCENT Marketing Services from December 2005 to November 2009, focusing on contact center profitability and strategic implementation.
