Jenny-Lynn Gray has over 25 years of work experience, starting as an Occupational Therapist in Rand Mutual Hospital in 1994. Jenny-Lynn then transitioned into roles such as Group Rehabilitation Coordinator at JCI and Owner & Director at WorkAgain, where they successfully grew and managed teams to improve employee return-to-work rates. With experience in setting up HR consultancies like Teamworx, they later moved on to roles at Optus, Commonwealth Bank, Transport for NSW, and Aware Super, focusing on Change Management, Learning Strategy, and Organisational Change. Most recently, they led a multi-year transformation program at Aware Super, ensuring holistic and integrated change for over 350 employees.
Jenny-Lynn Gray obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1993. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Accredited Online Training.
