Jessica Lay

Jessica Lay is a highly experienced professional in service design and user experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Service Design and Acting Practice Lead for Member Research & Experience Design at Aware Super since July 2023. Jessica has held significant roles at IAG from June 2019 to July 2023 as Lead Service Designer and Senior Service Designer, and prior to that, worked as Program Designer and Trainer at Train, focusing on capability building. Jessica's extensive background also includes leading service and experience design for various transformational projects at Neoteny Service Design, alongside earlier roles in graphic design and user experience internships. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by various specialized courses in design and user experience.
