Scott Passini

Scott Passini has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1992, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at PNC Mortgage Corp, where they managed a team of up to 35 employees and oversaw financial close activities. In 1998, they joined Exhibitgroup/Giltspur as a Central Region Controller, playing a key role in improving profitability and cash flow for the company. Their most recent position was as a Region Finance Director at First Student, where they partnered with senior management and General Managers to enhance profitability and growth. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and staff management.

Scott Passini completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University in 1983, and subsequently pursued an MBA in Accounting at DePaul University from 1985 to 1988.
