Tim began their career as a Graphic Designer at Lab Safety Supply in 1991 and later became a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Grainger - Machine Shop Supply in 1997. Tim then worked as a Web Designer at Grainger - Lab Safety Supply from 1999 to 2006, where they focused on creating engaging content and site functionality.
