First Things First Porter County is a community effort to support families, healthy beginnings and quality early experiences for every Porter County baby. Because early childhood development affects every aspect of our community, the Porter County Community Foundation launched First Things First Porter County to strengthen and nurture partnerships to make a positive impact on the future of the county’s youngest citizens, the quality of life for all residents, and the economic health of the community.
