Jason Halstead has extensive experience in the railway industry, currently serving as the Head of Operations Standards at TransPennine Express since September 2022, after holding the role of Operations Standards Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, Jason worked at West Midlands Trains as an Operations Standards Specialist from February 2021 to September 2022. Jason's career began at Arriva Rail North (Northern), where roles included Driver Team Manager, Train Driver Instructor, and Train Driver from March 2002 until November 2017. Additional experience includes the position of Operations Development Manager at TransPennine Express from November 2017 to February 2021.
