Prior roles at PepsiCo spanned over a decade, featuring leadership in portfolio growth, brand marketing, and innovative campaigns, including collaborations with major retailers. Chad’s career began in sales management at firms such as Ceridian, Epicor Software, and ADP. Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
