Dawn Lyon

Dawn Lyon is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at First Watch Restaurants since May 2023, focusing on executive visibility and investment decisions. Previously, Dawn held the role of Regional Real Estate Director at Dollar Tree Stores from March 2012 to January 2023, concentrating on market development and real property.
