Maritza Denman

Maritza Denman is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in payroll and HRIS management. Currently serving as the Director of HRIS at First Watch Restaurants since July 2022, Maritza previously held the position of VP of HR and Payroll at WENJAI Restaurant Group from December 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Maritza was the Payroll Manager at JAE Restaurant Group and worked as VMS Payroll Supervisor at Randstad Technologies US. Maritza began a career in human resources after serving in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Yeoman for nearly 12 years. Maritza holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from American Military University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
