Taylor Potts is an experienced Event Technology Manager with a robust background in event management, technology consultation, and project leadership. Currently at FIRST since October 2020, Taylor previously served as Sr. Account Project Lead at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. and held various roles at BCD Meetings & Events, where responsibilities included designing and developing registration websites and mobile apps, managing project timelines, and consulting clients on best practices. With a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Taylor has also accumulated significant experience in sales and training management across diverse roles, showcasing strong problem-solving and communication skills throughout a career dedicated to enhancing event experiences.
