Tracy Weldon

Tracy Weldon, CMP, has over 20 years of experience in event management and operations, currently serving as Global Operations Manager at FIRST since November 2010. In this role, Tracy has progressed through various titles including Team Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to joining FIRST, Tracy held the position of Senior Meeting Planner at the International Council of Shopping Centers for a short period in 2010. Tracy's earlier experience includes roles as Training Event Specialist and Registration Manager at Guardian Life Insurance from 2005 to 2010, as well as Senior Event Coordinator at Ahead of the PACE Promotions from 2003 to 2005. Tracy earned a degree from Boston University, completing studies from 1999 to 2003.
