Bijan Hosseininejad

Bijan Hosseininejad, P.E., currently serves as the Manager of Innovation & Agile at FirstEnergy, leading efforts to enhance agility and customer focus within the organization while developing a high-performing team of program managers and Agile professionals. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Product Innovation & Development, where Bijan oversaw innovation portfolios, and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Youngstown State University, teaching advanced engineering courses. Bijan's career began at Babcock & Wilcox, progressing through various positions focused on process improvement and engineering, and extending back to an Automation Engineering Co-Op role at Duferco. Educational qualifications include an MBA and two Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
