Jeffrey Heimel

Jeffrey Heimel has extensive experience in the field of cyber security and IT systems administration, currently serving as a Cyber Security Systems Administrator IV at FirstEnergy since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked as a Senior Platform Solutions Architect at Keyfactor from April 2019 to October 2023. Jeffrey's career began at Diebold Incorporated, where a diverse range of positions including Sr. IT Systems Admin, Network Security Engineer II, and Server Support Tech were held from October 1992 to April 2019. Jeffrey's foundational education was completed at Columbus State Community College from 1982 to 1985.
