Joe began a career in the electrical field at Mon Power as an Electrical Lineman from January 1989 to September 2000 and was a self-employed building contractor at Heubi Construction from April 1987 to January 1989. Joe's professional journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where service lasted from April 1983 to April 1987.
