Dean Fillingham

Dean Fillingham is an experienced engineering manager with a diverse background in the transportation industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Workshop Manager at FirstGroup plc since September 2022, Dean previously held the position of Depot Engineer South at East Yorkshire from March 2021 to September 2022. Dean's earlier experience includes roles as Engineering Manager at TM Travel, Workshop Supervisor at trentbarton, and Auto Electrician/Vehicle Inspector at Stagecoach Group plc. Dean holds a Level 3 Diploma in Management and completed an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management at ct skills in 2018, with additional educational background from Coventry College.
