Danielle V. J. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inclusion, engagement, and employee experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Inclusion & Engagement at FirstKey Homes since February 2020. In this role, Danielle has expanded companywide employee experience initiatives, community projects, and employee resource groups, effectively aligning engagement strategies with corporate goals. Prior to this position, Danielle held various roles at FirstKey Homes, including Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, demonstrating a strong capability in strategic advisory and data-driven decision-making.
