Brent Lightsey

Brent Lightsey, MBA, is a co-founder at Argus PBI, collaborating with co-founder Greg Baldini to streamline Power BI operations since February 2022. As the owner and principal consultant at FirstLight Analytics since April 2017, Brent assists businesses in resolving data challenges to harness opportunities and make informed decisions. Previously, Brent served as the Business Intelligence Lead at Love's Travel Stops, managing a team to support extensive reporting and business intelligence strategies. Brent's earlier roles at Chesapeake Energy included leading cross-functional teams in implementing SAP Business Intelligence, developing enterprise architecture, and creating data warehouse solutions. Brent holds an MBA in Energy, Data Science, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma, along with a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University.
