David Powers

David Powers currently serves as a Registered Nurse at the University of Rochester since February 2022. Previously, David has accumulated extensive experience at FirstLight Fiber beginning in March 2015 as a Technician in Plant Records/GIS Mapping, where responsibilities included utilizing engineering drawings, coordinating project completion, and problem-solving related to splicing and construction. Additionally, David held roles as a Student Manager and Personal Trainer at Cooper/Glimmer Glass Gyms, and completed an Executive Team Leader Internship at Target, focusing on human resources and process improvement. Early career experience also includes sales associate positions at Banana Republic and Lowe's Home Improvement. David holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
