Bethany O'neil

Bethany O'Neil, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at FirstMile and ShipNetwork since September 2022, focusing on employee experience and performance management. Previously, Bethany held the role of Director of Human Resources at Xplor Technologies and SPOT by Xplor, overseeing HR teams across multiple software companies and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Bethany's earlier experience includes significant HR management roles at ProgLeasing, LLC, Air Medical Resource Group, and RealNet Lending, where skills in organizational development, change management, and strategic HR planning were developed. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
