Govindan Ranganathan

Govindan (Govi) Ranganathan, MBA, PAHM®, serves as the Vice President of BPaaS Architecture at Firstsource since May 2021, after progressing through roles including AVP and Director in BPaaS Solutions and Transformation. Prior experience includes a decade at Cognizant, culminating as Deputy General Manager for BPaaS Transformation and Implementation, along with various management positions. Govindan has also worked as an Independent Consultant in healthcare and held previous roles at A S Soft Technologies, Dell Perot Systems, and Agastha Software. An MBA in Management Information Systems was obtained from the University of Madras, following a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
