Yarzah Khan

Yarzah Khan is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in client and stakeholder management, account management, and service delivery across various global markets, including APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Currently serving as Associate Director at Firstsource since January 2023, Yarzah previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Integreon from January 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing operational initiatives, scaling up processes, and creating business reviews. Prior to Integreon, Yarzah worked at Capita India for nearly a decade, progressing from Team Manager to Senior Executive, where skills in resource planning, team development, and process improvement were honed. Yarzah holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and has consistently contributed to enhancing operational efficiencies and client satisfaction throughout a diverse career in the industry.
