Lesley is FISCAL’s Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer & CISO who underpins the operational integrity of the business from its people to infrastructure.

She is a highly experienced executive operating at the board level and ensures the effective execution of FISCAL’s strategic and operational objectives. She provides hands-on direction to ensure the company’s operations directly support business growth, and that its infrastructure can scale efficiently and securely.

At the heart of her role, she spearheads the organization’s award-winning People and Culture by delivering strategic direction and support.
