James Derrick

James Derrick has extensive experience in commercial leadership and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Global Head of Commercial at Dragonfly, part of FiscalNote, James oversees the growth of Fiscalnote Global Intelligence, managing diverse functions such as Business Development and Client Success. Previously, in roles at The Risk Advisory Group, James directed commercial strategy and business development while providing strategic security intelligence. James has also held positions at IHS, Design Council, London Stock Exchange Group, Omgeo, and PARETO LAW LIMITED, consistently focusing on driving growth and enhancing client relationships. Academically, James holds a Bachelor of Science in International Development Studies and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Liverpool.
