Adam Rosman

Adam Rosman currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Chief Administrative Officer at Fiserv, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Rosman was Executive Vice President & General Counsel at OneMain Financial from January 2020 to July 2021 and served as Senior Advisor at Fiserv, Inc. for a brief period in 2019. Before these roles, Rosman was Executive Vice President & General Counsel at First Data Corporation, where oversight included a global legal and compliance team. Rosman's extensive legal career includes being Group General Counsel at Willis Group Holdings plc and serving in various roles at Cablevision and Zuckerman Spaeder LLP. A significant part of the early career involved work as an Assistant United States Attorney, with experience in high-profile criminal cases, and a tenure as Deputy Assistant to President Clinton. Rosman holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA in Political Science from Union College.
