Jeff Akin

Jeff Akin has extensive experience in network management and coordination, currently serving as the Network Coordinator Team Lead at Fiserv since June 2005, overseeing a team of 7 Coordinators and 5 Provisioners. Prior to Fiserv, Jeff worked at eFunds in various roles including Network Service Coordinator and Senior Network Provisioner from 1990 to 2005. Earlier career experiences include technical writing at Data Retrieval, where Jeff created instructional materials and software help screens, and software release control at Data Retrieval Corporation. Jeff’s career began in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Interpretive, specializing in language translation for naval operations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earned between 1992 and 1999.
